Primary Purpose of Job (Job Summary)

• Deliver more benefit for more patients by providing valuable patient solution as the trusted partner internally and externally

• Deep dive into patient related solutions to enable medical insights generation to maximize the value proposition of medical communication.

• Utilize technology and build the patient-centric ecosystem to enhance medical value

Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities (Major functions of the position)

• Deliver more benefit for more patients by contributing to define and implement therapeutic area patient partnering strategy and priorities to increase disease awareness and meet the unmet needs of patients.

• Drive and build the patient-centric ecosystem by providing valuable patient solution, achieving patient partnering points that contribute to collecting, analyzing and leveraging the patient experience and perspective to enable medical insights generation to maximize the value proposition of medical communication.

• Deep dive into patient related solutions to enable medical insights generation to maximize the value proposition of medical communication.

• Contribute to establish PP as the trusted partner to be internal advisor / partner in the aspects of patient engagement for Roche China.

• Primary point of contact to advance strategic relationship with patient communities and other key influencers for patient insights exploration.

• Contribute to foster a culture that is collaborative and agile for proactively identifying and removing barriers, realizing efficiencies and addressing evolving needs of the patients.

Qualification and Experience

Years of Working Experience

Working experience in medical affairs related work in pharmaceuticals industry, sales/MKT related, or patient affairs experience.

Education/Qualifications

Minimum bachelor degree in pharmacy or health care
