• Planning and supervising the use of means of transportation for the purpose of mobilization.
• Administer the assets of the companys transportation equipment in accordance with the applicable procedures / SOPs.
• Scheduling maintenance and repair of the companys transportation equipment as needed.
• Ensuring the availability of transportation for operational purposes of the company.
• Set the departure schedule, travel path and return time from the means of transportation.
• Administrate attendance (overtime, sickness, etc.) for drivers and or kernet.
• Preparing and ensuring travel administration (eg street mail) is available.
