• 装修管理：a) 配合招商提供租户装修建议及告知装修注意事项；b) 督促完善装修手续及办理，配合招商交房审核；c) 装修进场技术交底，图纸审核；d) 装修安全培训；e) 装修过程控制，进度控制，杜绝违规操作；f) 装修技术支持，提出合理优化的修改建议；g) 装修各系统（硬装、电气、给排水、空调、消防等）竣工验收；h) 租户退房手续办理，房屋验收；
• 工程管理：a) GSH设施设备的例行巡检，问题整改；b) 督促物业公司的维修保养计划落实；c) 设施设备故障、缺陷维修维护；d) 工程改造，安装，施工；e) 工程遗留问题处理，修复；f) 施工单位安全文明施工管理；g) 施工过程控制，进度控制，杜绝违规操作；
• 供应商管理：a) 5万以内供应商采购工作，预算申请，NTP申请，供应商谈判，推荐报告审批，合同签订；b) 合同履约跟踪，合同收货，费用申请
• 配合其他部门完成相关的物业类、工程类工作，及领导交办的其他工作。
