Order to Cash Team Lead - Finance Shared Service Center

What will I be doing?

• Manage day-to-day Order to Cash (OTC) performance including credit account set up, bank reconciliation, credit meeting and other OTC activities

• Lead an operational Order to Cash team to deliver output as per the SLAs

• Ensure compliance of OTC operations with company policies, processes, and internal controls

• Review system entries

• Produce effective qualitative and quantitative metrics reporting to measure efficiency and effectiveness of function and staff

• Assist in internal and external audit processes

• Train new joiners

• Work towards system improvement, process improvement

• Develop team spirit and advise daily operations

• Other duties as assigned

• Minimum Education: Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience
