Opportunity Overview

• Meeting with new customers to learn about their requirements
• Working with the customer to develop solutions
• Helping to create the value messaging
• Working with the implementation team ensure the requirements are met
• Participate in project meeting with the customer.
• Help define solutions
• Working with other system equipment supplier to ensure seamless integration
• Working closely with Product team, R&D team Program, configure, and customize UR cobot arms and MiR AMRs to meet customer requirements.

• Conduct proof-of-concept work to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of robot solutions and deliver critical part of deployemtn in the automation project.
• Provide automation solution advice to customers, FAEs and support staff while working closely with sales/marketing management to ensure that relevant technical information is promptly and accurately communicated.

• 10+ years semiconductor industry experience
• Abundant automation experience on Cobot arms, and Automated Guided Vehicle(AGV), AutonomousMobile Robots (AMRs), and associated Automated Stocker, E-rack, Vision and so on AMHS factory solution.
• Preferred experience in deploying Universal Robots (UR) and/or Mobile Industrial Robots (MiR), or similar cobot arms and AMRs.
• Knowledge in ERP/MES, robot integration with ERP/MES
• Good understand of semiconductor manufacturing process flow, and equipment from different vendors with focus functions.
• Good understanding of smart manufacturing in the semiconductor industry in automation, prefer knowledge on simulation for factory automation
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with R&D team to address technical challenges.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Good to work with customer and international teams
• Willingness for frequent domestic or international travel
