• 推进生产线CI现场管理制度，实现生产现场标准化管理，促进、推动、支持、协作参与持续改善活动，并减少各种浪费；

• 协助生产经理负责生产部门的管理工作，生产计划、流程优化、设备管理、现场管理、安全生产管理等工作；

• 协助生产经理制定生产目标，进行生产调 度、管理和控制；

• 协调生产过程中的各个环节及资源，及时发现并采取措施解决生产过程中出现的问题；

• 组织监督生产及技术人员不断提高和改进产品质量；

• 协助生产经理建立和完善生产体系各部门的动作流程，建立生产各站点良好的沟通机制；

• 配合生产线日常管理工作及员工管理、指导、培训及评估，有效激励员工提高工作绩效；

• 配合 组织、完善生产运营体系、成本控制体系、考核体系以及各项制度流程；

• 完成上级领导安排的其它工作。
