- 根据产品主线内容及专项更新,主导区域商业化植入及推广方案的制定及落地执行,负责专项玩法的运营对接与推广落地;主导区域三方支付渠道对接运营,拓展南亚点卡业务,优化区域用户支付体验,为收入KPI负责;
- 深入了解南亚区域用户特征,结合社群与用研反馈,以及对竞品动向的深入分析,为团队输出合理可靠的区域运营洞察,给出后续规划思路和建议,推动并关注实际落地;
- 具备较强项目管理能力及资源统筹优势,能够积极主动推动项目整体KPI完成,数据导向/目标导向。
- 3年以上游戏运营经验,有海外发行营经验;热爱游戏,游戏经验丰富,对FPS品类有深度理解;
- 拥有孟加拉工作及派驻经验是加分项;
- 良好的沟通和协作能力,接受并有能力解决克服差异和时差的影响;
- 具备良好英文能力,英语可作为工作语言。
