岗位职责：

1. 负责中国区旅游产品供应商的开拓、谈判和签约，包括但不限于景点门票、酒店等。

2. 深入了解中国旅游市场趋势和竞争对手动态，制定并执行有效的 BD 策略，达成业务目标

3. 与供应商建立并维护长期稳定的合作关系，协商最优合作条款，确保产品竞争力和利润率

4. 协调内部资源，推动产品上线、运营和营销推广，提升产品销量和用户满意度

5. 收集和分析市场数据，提供有价值的市场洞察和建议，支持公司战略决策

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，3 年以上旅游行业 BD 或相关工作经验，有丰富的旅游产品资源者优先

2. 对中国旅游市场有深入了解，熟悉旅游产品供应链和运营模式

3. 具备优秀的沟通谈判能力、人际交往能力和商务拓展能力

4. 结果导向，具备强烈的责任心和团队合作精神
