• Responsible to maintain good relationship with key customers to ensure service stability.
• Creates plans/strategies to improve customer service level and customer experience through proper working methodology and tools. Achieve the long-term goal of enhancing sales for the product.
Provide excellent service to external customers by collaborating with different internal stakeholders within Henkel (e.g. Sales team, Finance/ Credit Controlling team, and Global Business Solutions (GBS) team).

• Centralize the relationship with customers for the order to cash process (orders, deliveries, returns, escalated claims and escalated overdue) and solve issues to achieve the objectives fixed in terms of service and receivables.
• Alongside sales team, serving as a single point of contact and lead sales/customers right understanding and behavior.
• Manage the proactive customer care processes.
• Manage proactive communications (e.g. stock issues.)
• Minimize supply and demand related customer order losses by facilitating order planning & execution.
• Implementing continuous improvement activities to support supply chain development.

• Bachelor degreed.
• Prior customer service, logistics, and cross-border ecommerce experience.
• Analytical mind with customer orientation and strong business acumen.
• Prior working experience in FMCG/ECOM distributor/ECOM platform.
• Logic thinking, Result driven.
• Advanced communication skill.
• Quick response and adaptability.
• Fluent Chinese and English (verbal and written).
• Advanced excel &PPT, good at presenting.
• Able to challenge status quo and improve existing process.
• Fast learner, great team leader with responsibilities.
• Customer collaboration project experience.
• Process optimization, Digitalization Project experience.
