1.消化产品图纸、数据、实样、标准及客户提供的资料，进行产品结构、功能和材料分析，结合报价BOM编制工程BOM、产品配置表，在数据系统中进行确认，并向横向部门发布。

2.参与公司自主设计产品的结构评审及制造工艺可行性分析，并提出评审意见，按产品督导工程师的要求参与编制和完善DFMEA、确定相关材料和工艺、完成相关评审和文件签署工作。

3.参加新产品开发项目组，并负责新项目开发过程中的工程开发工作。

4.提出设备、工装模具、检具和产品有关的技术要求，根据横向部门的需要参与或支持设备、工装模具、检具的验收和安装调试。

5.配合测试中心试验工程师，参与总成级零件产品试验大纲的审核，负责独立编制外协件产品试验大纲，并提交给客户进行认可。

6.会同前期制造工艺工程师参与产品前期试制, 并解决试生产/装车/实验过程中与产品结构、材料、图纸等设计有关的问题，必要时组织进行设计更改。应用问题清单进行问题跟踪和管理。

7.参与外协件开发，与外协件厂签订技术要求，对供应商的设计技术评审，并负责外协零件的工程认可签发认可工作.

8.会同精致工艺评审人员完成精致工艺相关评审，并对问题进行跟踪和管理。

9.参与项目开发过程中创新产品和技术的引进和消化。

10.参与各种直接影响产品结构、材料、数据的技术活动，协助产品开发过程中资源使用和产品成本的最优化。

11.在整个产品开发过程中，始终按客户和延锋的体系要求，完成关控各阶段工程方面的内容和文件。

12.遵守环境方针，产品开发中关注产品限用物质对环境污染预防、提高能源利用率。

13.遵守安全方针，遵守安全管理手册、程序文件、作业指导书和其他规章制度。

14.完成领导分派的其他各项任务。

任职要求：

1.需要独立做项目，至少5年汽车内饰产品（IP仪表板、门板、console副仪表板）开发相关经验；
