Job Description

Take on the role of Marketing Specialist III in Shanghai to contribute to our mission of global impact.

• Assess customer conditions and benefits to launch supply centers in appropriate locations.
• Provide regular onsite service for key customers, communicating directly with the sales team and customers to collect feedback and suggestions.
• Offer suitable e-solutions tailored to different customers based on specific requirements to optimize their experience.
• Manage the deployment of cross-functional customer procurement and invoicing eCommerce solutions and systems.
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, achievements, and resource objectives to ensure successful implementation.
• Deliver timely project updates and relevant reports.
• Develop strong working relationships with business units, internal teams, and vendors.
• Build coordinated marketing programs and campaigns that drive e-Biz penetration and support online promotions or new project launches.
• Establish new cross-functional working processes and optimize existing ones to ensure timely problem-solving and improved efficiency.

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably within the scientific sector.
• Outstanding project management skills with a track record of successful implementations.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and forecast business trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building collaborative relationships.
• Proficiency in eCommerce solutions, customer procurement, and invoicing systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin.
