工作职责

• 协助管理小红书和微信账号，编辑小红书笔记和微信公众号文章来推广线上、线下活动
• ⁠制定有效、创新的品牌计划和运营策略，打造强大的品牌影响力
• 协助开发营销材料，包括演示文稿、宣传册和网站内容
• 与日常运营和课程设置组进行跨团队合作
• 创建内容视屏并进行实时视频分享

工作要求

• 有营销自动化和客户关系管理（CRM）工具使用经验者优先考虑
• 有成功起号小红书和微信公众平台经验者优先考虑
• 会Adobe，Canva等设计软件的申请者优先考虑
• 良好的沟通和人际交往能力
• 较强的研究和分析能力
• 注重细节
• 良好的学习和进步态度
• 良好的时间管理和组织能力
• 独立工作和团队合作的能力
• 有很强的责任感，能按时完成任务
• 熟悉社交媒体运作
