Opportunity: As a Product Designer on the Freight Forwarding Application design team you will drive the user experience across multiple tools that operators use to manage the logistics workflow. Youll craft features that enable users to prioritize, plan, and execute international shipments that travel on all modes. You will work on products that serve users around the world. Key Responsibilities:

• Ownership: Contribute to the development of Flexports internal tools design and support product adoption.
• Design Execution: Apply visual and interaction design principles to create clear, effective designs within existing or new systems.
• Research: Assist in conducting user research and applying insights to enhance designs and support informed decision-making.
• Collaboration: A collaborative team player, work closely with team members, participate in design reviews, and contribute to achieving shared goals.
• Growth: Stay humble and curiosity-driven, continually learning and developing your skills with guidance from senior team members.

You should have:

• 3+ years of product design experience, preferably in tools design or a similar field.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your product design work (please provide a link and password).
• Experienced in user-centered design methods, with a strong focus on problem-solving and clear communication of design concepts. Skilled in articulating decisions and committed to enhancing the end-user experience through impactful, practical solutions.
• A basic understanding of your products goals and how your design contributes to the bigger picture.
• Experience working in an agile environment, collaborating effectively with product managers, developers, stakeholders, end-users, and fellow designers.
• Experience using design systems and adhering to design guidelines.
• A degree in HCI, UX, Interaction Design, with video or animation skills, or a related field is preferred.
• English proficiency is required.
