我们正在寻找一名积极进取、才华横溢的助理主管加入我们不断壮大的团队。助理主管将有机会参与各种营销活动和计划，并在营销领域获得宝贵的实践经验。这是个线上的工作岗位。

工作职责

• 制定有效、创新的品牌计划和营销战略，打造强大的品牌影响力
• 协助开发营销材料，包括演示文稿、宣传册和网站内容
• 协助管理小红书和微信账号
• 与运营和课程等跨职能团队合作
• 制定、实施和审查运营程序。其中包括学生注册、课表、工资和簿记职责
• 准备发票、收款并跟进客户支持管理事宜（重新安排课程、补课、持续支持）
• 项目管理： 确保大学申请项目的客户满足所有规定的工作流程时限。负责定期会议、导师联络，并确保交付成果达到客户期望

工作要求

• 较强的中文口头和书面沟通能力
• 熟练掌握中文，因为您需要与中国客户打交道，他们可能只会说或读中文。
