Responsibilties:

• You are request to follow up the test result and analysis for plant waste & yield improvment.
• You are responsible to analysis new tire section performance (waste & uniformity), compound & Die etc.request, local spec in CMT & MES creation
• You need to review line up between GICL vs plant on new project to make sure low complexity level.
• You are also request to actively participating FI and 100% support EHS.

Qualifications:

• You got Bachelors degree in mechanic / mechanics design.
• You have 1 year experience in manufacturing and or tire design related job.
• You have good interpersonal and communication skills both in Chinese and English
