你将能体验：

• 立足诺华大平台：初探医药行业商业模式，掌握医学及产品知识、学术推广技巧、行业合规等
• 感受外企工作氛围：了解诺华多元和包容的企业文化，激发、求知、赋能、诚信的价值观与行为准则
• 专属导师1v1带教：跟随导师观察及学习学术拜访，协助组织学术推广活动，在实习期间不承担业务指标
• 增长职场经验值：熟悉诺华医药代表的角色和工作职责，提升个人职场综合实力

我们期待你是：

• 全日制在校大学生，本科及以上学历。医学、药学及相关专业（如生物、化学、医药方向的管理学/市场营销学等）
• 每周实习至少3个工作日，可实习3个月以上
