I. 经销商与渠道管理

1）负责辖区内的商业渠道梳理与整合，建立高效的商业配送网络；

2）收集商业客户的信息，建立客户档案，并按公司要求做相应的评估；

3）负责辖区内经销商发货合同的跟踪，客户回款的确认；

4）收集商业流向，根据流向进行日常业务分析；

5）保证及时供货，保持合理库存；

6）公司内其他相关项目的配合实施；

II. 业务拓展

• 结合公司业务发展需求，细分市场，制定和实施区域业务拓展计划;
• 实施和跟踪拓展项目的落地，协助项目最终的达成;

III. 招标

1）与各地招标办等相关部门部门建立有效沟通，并与经销商合作进行招投标工作，

确保产品的中标及合理的价格；

2）及时了解招标信息，组织招标会议，并在招标结束后提供相应公告做备案；

IV跨部门协作

1）与业务团队和其他相关部门配合，及时处理渠道内各类突发问题；

2）协调业务相关项目等在各地顺利进行，与公司内部各部门保持有效沟通和协作

1）行业经验：5年以上相关工作经验

2）岗位经验：具备2年以上跨国制药企业商务经验

3）语言能力：具备中、英文读写能力

4）电脑能力：办公室相关软件应用，熟练运用Excel和PowerPoint

5）出差要求：区域内出差

6）其他特殊要求:

• 良好的沟通和协调能力
• 及时解决问题的应变能力
• 良好的跨部门合作意识
