1、负责交通参与者(车辆、行人等)的轨迹/意图预测、自动驾驶车辆轨迹规划的AI模型研发；

2、负责AI预测/规划模型的代码实现、训练、调优及迭代优化；

3、与部署团队紧密配合，协助AI预测/规划模型在实车嵌入式平台部署；

4、负责追踪前沿AI技术，并探索应用于自动驾驶预测/规划的可行性。

1、国内外高校硕士或博士学历，计算机、人工智能、软件工程、自动化、车辆工程、机电一体化、电子工程或其他相关专业，3年以上工作经验。

2、具有良好的编程基础，熟悉C++、Python语言以及PyTorch或TensorFlow框架，熟悉常见的数据结构。

3、扎实的AI理论基础，在以下至少两个细分技术领域具有丰富的科研或工程经验：CNN, RNN/GRU/LSTM, Transformer, GNN, Diffusion, Imitative learning, Reinforcement learning等。

4、热爱自动驾驶行业，有良好的沟通表达能力和团队合作意识。

5、加分项：有自动驾驶无地图/轻地图轨迹预测、规划相关研发经验；有端到端自动驾驶研发经验。

6、加分项：有高阶智驾量产经验。

6、加分项：有人工智能领域top会议/期刊(例如：CVPR, ICLR, NeurIPS, ICML等)发表。
