Main Responsibilities

1. 根据产品投产系统（PLUS）以及客户产品开发程序的要求，按时保质地进行产品开发。

2.制定和优化设计方案，选择正确、合适的零部件和材料，力求在保证功能、外观要求的情况下节约成本；掌握项目工程开发费用的使用。

3. 完成产品数据、图纸和材料清单（BOM）表等工程技术文件。

4. 协助处理客户提出的问题并参与解决。

5. 负责协调样品制造，客户交样和文件准备。

6. 组织或参与各类工程会议，并落实和跟踪行动计划。

7. 及时总结座椅开发过程中发生的问题和经验。

8. 与供应商和部门工厂联系，提供技术支持。

9. 承担公司相关BOS文件以及TS16949/OHSAS18000/ISO14000标准要求的管理责任，确保BOS文件的有效运行，并不断在部门内完善BOS文件中的相关程序及其应用。

Specific Requirements:

1.大学本科学历及以上，工科类专业。

2.三年以上相关行业工作经验，熟悉CATIA或者UG三维设计软件。

3.英语读写流利，具有较强的沟通能力和协调能力。
