1. 负责演出（包括舞台剧、演唱会、音乐节等）的投资、制作等业务的法务支持工作； 2. 独立起草、审核各类合同等法律文件，参与商务谈判，提供合规及风险控制建议； 3. 负责向公司业务出具专业的法律意见； 4. 识别并处理公司经营过程中的各类法律风险及风险事件及诉讼纠纷处置。

职位要求

1. 国内外知名法学院本科及以上学历，通过法律职业资格考试； 2. 三年以上企业法务或律所工作经验，具备演出行业或影视行业相关法务工作经验优先； 3. 熟悉现场演出行业业务或影视行业业务并具备相关风险识别和处置经验； 4. 法学功底扎实，学习能力强，文字及语言表达能力突出； 5. 具有团队合作精神，做事认真仔细，沟通能力及责任心强； 6. 英文水平优秀者优先。
