• Be responsible for the quality management system of labs.
• Be responsible for lab internal audits and management review.
• Manage and verify the daily testing work (Environment, condition, procedure, testing result, report).
• Test request coordination with internal customer.
• Technician task scheduling / collaboration
• New test request evaluation and design
• Calibration and maintenance support
• Support APAC Media qualification project.
• EHS support

Key Qualifications & Requirements Education Qualification:

• Bachelors degree or higher in Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science, or related engineering field.

Technical Competence & Skills:

• Proficient in laboratory testing, calibration, and validation techniques.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to communication at all levels, primarily in English
• Ability to prioritize the multiple tasks and good time management skills.
• Data analysis, statistical analysis skills

Leadership Competence:

• Ability to work effectively with others
• Effective verbal and written communication skills required in working with each departments, primarily in English

Relevant Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of laboratory experience, with a thorough understanding of ISO 17025 standards and their application.
• Experience in accredited laboratories or similar institutions is preferred.
• ISO 17025 Internal Auditor is preferred
• Familiar with MS Office.

Others (% of travel, language, etc.):

• Chinese, English (Good communication and written).
