在公司政策及标准程序文件指导下排查生产过程种产品质量问题以及0KM及售后产品质量问题，对不良品产品进行分析、维修，并保证质量达标

1. 不良品分析：根据产品电子原理图、故障表现，测试台的测试结果，对不良进行分析，判断出不良原因；

2. 不良品维修：对不良产品按照电路修复手册进行产品修复；

3. 风险分析及持续改善：通过维修，协助工程师分析、挖掘产品可能存在的潜在隐患， 向工程师提出改善建议；

4. 正确使用维修工具，正确设置维修工具参数，熟练使用恒温电烙铁、BGA焊台、万用表、稳压直流电源等系列的维修设备和工具；

5. 在公司安全规范和设备安全规范指导下，配合消除本岗位不规范的安全隐患保证生产的正常运行，配合EHS代表跟踪和关闭安全隐患不符合项；

6. 维修作业及报表：根据作业标准书作业，并按要求填写本岗位相关的表格；完成当天不良产品维修，并在MES系统中准确录入维修信息；

7. 服从上级领导管理，完成组长安排的其他各项工作；

任职条件：

1.电子/电气/自动化/工等相关专业

2.熟悉产品电子设计基本概念，可以读懂电路图，可以和电子设计工程师联动诊断产品制程问题，对QFP,BGA有维修经验者优先，。

3.需要翻班（做五休二，每周会安排一天的加班，一天工作大概12个小时，有加班费）

4.5年左右相关经验，一定要懂电，还要懂一些焊接的内容。

5.月薪大概6-7k，加上加班费大概10k
