• Serve as the main contact for project cost control tasks and manage the on-site project controls team.
• Coordinate on-site change management with third parties.
• Review contractor progress payments.
• Develop and implement cost control procedures with the design and construction supply chain.
• Provide cost forecasts and project cash flow information to the cost manager.
• Manage interim payments and final accounts with the supply chain.
• Communicate cost trends to project management and suggest corrective actions.
• Support financial closure activities, including data capture and asset classification.
• Lead special projects to support the organization.

• Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in a similar role in the engineering and construction sector.
• Solid hands-on experience in full-cycle project cost control.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and reference documentation.
• Experience with accounting platforms like SAP.
• Excellent cross-departmental coordination skills, with professional report writing and presentation abilities.
• Strong process awareness, capable of multitasking efficiently, meticulous, and highly autonomous.
• Willingness to work on project sites as required.
