职责

• 负责开展本人所负责区域/行业的业务，完成克鲁勃中国销售指标及毛利率。
• 致力于达成由业务计划(OP)、目标管理(MBO)或其它评估体系所确定的各类具体的销售和非销售指标。
• 与潜在、现有客户建立和保持一个良好的长期合作伙伴关系。
• 主动搜索，识别，开发和跟踪指定地区的新销售商机，以不断确保可持续的销售业务增长。
• 为客户提供专业技术支持，包括产品的引进和新产品推广，技术研讨会，解决问题、对投诉和质量问题迅速作出反应。
• 与销售内部团队和财务部共同合作，确保合同金额能够在规定的时间内支付。
• 及时、积极地就某些项目提供反馈意见，同事之间互相交流经验。
• 定期提交各类工作报告，如：每周工作报告，每周工作计划，预测报告，客户拜访报告、市场调研报告、销售回顾报告等。

要求

• 机械/化学工程或相关专业的学士学位或更高；
• 至少3年以上的销售经验，可靠的稳定销售业绩和技术能力；
• 良好的沟通技巧，与客户建立可信赖的关系；
• 良好的学习能力，愿意挑战；
• 致力于克鲁勃和长期稳定的发展期望；
• 良好的英语能力是一个加分项。
