• Handle key customer projects: enter and follow up in project management tool according to established rules, coordinate activities with other functions involved, including sampling for clients and for consumer tests
• Work with creation hub to work winning idea for key customer.
• Indentify rising star clients and develop white space in NE China market.
• Take care of day to day client requests. Collaborate with Customer Care to ensure client satisfaction.
• Work with supply chain team on fragrance forecast to improve the FC accuracy.

You bring

• Bachelors degree and 3-5 years of experience in a regulated industry
• Strong learning agility, superior organizational skills and growth mindset with high intellectual curiosity.
• Familiar with the product of oral care or air care;
• Proven adept with stakeholder management and ability to maintain effective partner relations at project/program level. Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment.
• Workable English language fluently spoken and written
