• 管理厂区内公用设施设备，包括如下：

To manage the facilities equipment, including as below.

• 蒸汽供应、供水、压缩空气、空调、冷却水、纯水站、废水处理系统等设施

To manage steam supply, water/purified water, compressed air, air conditioning units, chilled water equipment, waste water treatment plant， etc.

• 负责全部供能计划

Be responsible for energy plan.

• 负责压力容器管理

To manage pressure vessel management To be responsible for following work.

• 保证蒸汽供应符合工厂要求

To insure the supply of steam meets plant requirements

• 按工厂要求保质保量供应处理水和未处理水

To insure the supply of water, both treated and untreated, meets plant requirements for quantity and quality

• 按工厂要求供应冷却水

To insure the supply of chilled water meets plant requirements

• 按工厂要求供应压缩空气

To insure the supply of compressed air meets plant requirements

• 按工厂要求保证废水处理系统的容量和处理水品质

To insure the capacity and effluent quality of the waste-water treatment system meets plant requirements

• 管理所辖全部设施系统的预检修项目

To manage a preventive maintenance program for all systems under his supervision

• 负责准备并实施年度节能计划

Be responsible for preparing an annual energy savings plan, and implementing energy saving ideas

• 准备设计手册、做好项目计划、负责部门内部的项目实施

Prepares design manuals, makes project plans, and is responsible for implementing projects within the facilities organization

• 为本部门人员创造一个安全的工作环境，并提供改进安全项目的建议

Manages a safe working environment for all facilities associates and makes recommendations for safety improvements

Maintains a technical reference folder for each piece of equipment under his control in the technical reference library

• 维护好本工段的GMP、6S状态

Maintains GMP, 6S within all functions under his control

• 确保废水处理系统运转良好

Ensures the wastewater treatment in good conditions

• 在你负责的工作或是管理区域中维持良好的符合EHS要求的工作环境和安全操作，确保持续符合胶囊的EHS标准和当地的法律法规要求。

Responsible for maintaining sound EHS working conditions, practices in your assigned job or area and ensure continuous compliance to Capsugel EHS Standards and local law requirements.

To fulfill other tasks assigned by Facility Supervisor.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree or a college technical program is acceptable with equivalent experience，Mechanical or electrical engineering preferred

• 大学本科或大专技术类专业，并具相关经验者,机电工程专业者为佳.

3 years working as an engineer.

• 3年工程师经验
