This exciting role offers opportunity to:

Utilize quality improvement methodology to ensure the production process, product quality and supply chain are meeting the customer requirements, product specifications and internal and external standards.

1. Communicate with customers on product quality issues, propose and follow up solutions. 2. Process quality control, inspection and testing. 3. Work out work instructions for quality inspection and quality control plans. 4. Deal with customer concerns / internal quality issues in time with cross-functional team, prevent the reoccurrence from NPI and mass production. 5.Establish and implement the company system, compile and revise system documents. 6. Internal audits of the quality management system, customer audit and 3rd party audits. 7. Working with other departments to drive process and product quality improvement. 8. Handle customer complaint with 8D methodology, drive corrective and preventive actions. 9. Ensure that all product is compliant to all applicable standards and specifications prior to the product being released for shipment.

 Familiar with quality management system requirements like ISO9001, RoHS / REACH requirements.  Familiar with Plastic Injection, PCBA production processes and key control points of electronic products.  Have basic mechanical knowledge and strong problem-solving skill.  Run 5Why, 8D and PDCA to push quality improvement.  Proficient in using quality statistical tools, such as Minitab, QC seven tools, etc.  Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to communicate smoothly with foreign customers.  Customer complaints handling experience and good communication ability with customer.  Familiar with process control quality tools, such as FMEA, QCP, MSA, SPC, and PPAP.
