As a Recruiter for Botnet in China, your role will be to attract, evaluate, and recruit talent for IT, engineering, and AI roles. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs of each role and develop effective recruitment strategies to fill these roles with highly skilled professionals.

Responsibilities

Sourcing and Recruitment

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates
