岗位重点工作职责：

• 培训和辅导机构销售支持人员；从总部层面分配和监督销售支持人员的工作，以确保工作任务和业务目标的实现。
• 收集和学习产品、运营规则和流程等信息，确保机构销售支持人员对产品、服务规则和流程有清晰的了解。
• 指导机构销售支持人员开展日常活动，以支持和协助支行业务相关需求。
• 提供专业支持：为培训提案和业务机会提供专业知识支持，包括工作流程分析、工作规则执行和销售系统改进；为具体个案提供关键信息和支持。
• 能够与主要合作伙伴和业务管理人员建立有效的业务关系
• 业务项目和计划的现场联络和执行支持。包括进行现场培训和提供持续的执行支持；协调内部职能部门和岗位提供后援支持等。

岗位所需技能/能力/经验/教育背景

• 大学本科或同等以上学历
• 7年以上保险或银行相关行业工作经验
• 3年以上项目计划支持或项目管理经验
• 较强的影响力和沟通能力，建立团队共识的能力
• 具备将问题转化为有效的业务解决方案的能力和经验
• 能够处理多个需求和多个大型计划的同步推进的能力
