• Demonstrate teamwork attitude and work effectively in team environment.
• Deliver reliable results on time and complete assigned work satisfactorily.

• Responsible for chromatography related analysis and related instrumental maintenance in Adhesive innovation analytical team.
• Communicate with internal requester in understanding the analytical needs and design proper experiments to deliver analytical solutions.
• Communicate with supervisor in understanding assigned tasks and deliver with visible outcomes.
• Work as a secondary chemist in non-chromatography analysis field and provide technical assistance to team.
• Work with team to maintain 5S/safety at required level.

• Masters or above.
• Chemistry background.
• Industry experiences of Chromatography analysis in GPC & HPLC is necessary.
• Additional experiences in other analytical technics such as Ion Chromatography or Mass spec are a plus.
• Good communication in both Chinese and English.
• Familiar with word, Excel, PPT.
• Open minded, results oriented, quick learner and good teamwork.
