We are looking for a Primary School English Teacher for a private school in Shanghai. This is a full-time position starting as soon as possible.

About the school

Founded in 2017, this private primary school in Pudong New Area serves over 500 students from Grades 1 to 5, with plans to expand into junior high. It offers a blend of national and innovative curricula, fostering lifelong learning. The diverse teaching team includes experienced educators with international backgrounds. • Teach the subject of English to primary school students and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
• Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
• Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the schools curriculum
• Assess and monitor students progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
• Develop supportive and safe learning environments

• Bachelor degree or above in the related subject
• Teaching certificate
• Two or more years teaching experience in the subject
• Excellent communications skills

Salary and benefits

• Monthly salary of 25,000 to 35,000 RMB depending on experience and qualifications
• Monthly housing allowance is 5,000 RMB or free accomodation
• Paid summer and winter holiday
• Public holiday
• 5000 RMB flight reimbursement each semester
• High end health insurance
• Teachers day and new year bonus of 5000 each ( 3500 each for the first year)
