About the Role To be accountable for sales and assignment of exhibit space, VAS coupled with other sales related functions for assigned shows, especially to generate new customer & new business and follow up with the key accounts & loyal accounts so as to develop the revenue and maintain expected customer retention rate. Assist project manager to develop new exhibition related product and setup the sales strategy. Responsibilities

• 协助管理层，与关键参展商建立并维护良好的关系
• Assist the management in establishing and maintaining good relationships with key exhibitors.
• 提供有效的售后服务和现场服务，以确保高水平的参展商满意度
• To provide effective after-sales services and onsite services so as to ensure high level customer satisfaction.
• 与参展商建立良好的关系，并确保参展商保留率达到我们的预期水平
• To build rapport with the exhibitors and ensure exhibitors retention rate meet our expected level.
• 以价值为导向进行展位的销售，１００％达成销售目标（包括展位收入，路演会议收入，广告项目收入，电子商务收入）
• To achieve 100% of sales target for assigned shows (including space revenue, Roadshow revenue, CMO and e-revenue).
• 制定并执行有效的销售计划，以招募指定领域中流失的关键参展商
• To make and execute effective sales plan to recruit lost key exhibitors of assigned segments.
• 根据目标制定销售计划和里程碑，并且时刻努力确保销售计划和里程碑得到有效的执行
• To prepare and implement sales plan and milestone to meet budget target.
• 深入准确的了解参展商的需求并根据参展商的需求，及时准备并提供适合参展商的销售方案
• To prepare and present sales proposals to exhibitor prospects as and when required.
• 进行展会核心买家和会议听众邀请
• To recruit the key buyers and delegates.
• 在客户管理系统（GBS）中录入所有销售记录。
• To record all sales in the GBS program provided.
• 签署销售合同并获得全款支付
• To obtain signed contracts and payments in full.
• 准备精确和及时的报告
• To prepare accurate and timely reports.

Requirements

• 2-3年以上会展、会议、活动或相关行业B2B销售、市场或活动经验
• 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or event management in the exhibition or related industry.
• 真诚、良好的沟通能力，协调能力及团队合作精神
• Sincere, with excellent communication skills, coordination abilities, and a team spirit.
