As a continuous improvement engineer you are responsible to deploy the Eaton Conintuous Improvement Systems in the plant. Optimize the process flow of production, and manage the Kaizen activity in operation/workshop. Lead Operation assessment for plant.

• Organize the CI activities in plant.
• Lead the Eaton business systems pull workshop, and follow up the progress of key projects.
• Finish the yearly operation assessment , ensure to close the action.
• Ensure that the annual ELSS cost out is achieved according to the target.
• Plan the Annual CI activities of the plant, and track the projects and activities in the Annual operating plan to ensure timely completion.
• Responsible for updating the documents and PFMEA of bank assembly.
• Collect, analyze and report production standard working hour data, calculate production efficiency based on the data.
• Finished other works arranged by the leader.

• Bachelors degree.
• 2-3 years of CI related experience.
• Technical knowledge with Industrial engineering, lean production or continuous improvement, Office, CAD
• Well communication, organization, collaboration skills.
