- Job Description Summary
- Developing and executing strategies to maximize NEXPERIA sales and profit at the target accounts. Taking ownership for relevant Key Performance Indicators and driving corrective actions if required.
- Understanding the customer‘s business strategy, opportunities and issues. Identifying opportunities for NEXPERIA and helping to tailor the NEXPERIA Value Propositions specifically for your customers
- Understanding formal & informal hierarchy, identifying decision makers at the customer and developing relationship strategies to improve NEXPERIAs position at the accounts
- Through thorough understanding of the balance of power and relationships, create and successfully execute negotiation strategies and tactics (done throughout the year) in cooperation with the Marketing Team.
- Representing and conveying the customer needs internally at NEXPERIA, and ensuring adequate priorities are set in order to execute against the strategy
- Effective monitoring of design in/bidding/FCST/ordering/logistic/quality performance and -if required- delegation of issues to the relevant stakeholders within NEXPERIA
- Ensuring that all key internal systems and processes are updated on time with accurate information
- Developing Customer Business Plans (5-year sales plan, TAM/SAM/QSAM analysis etc.) clearly communicating expectation and requirements towards NEXPERIA in order to meet business targets.
- Gathering and communicating market/competitor information into the organization
- Working with marketing/FAE/AE team to secure the design in activities to design win.
- Accountability and Ownership as the Account Manager.
- University background / education in electrical engineering or related majors
- Minimum 5+ Years Sales / Marketing experience in the Semiconductor
- Knowledge of Power Discrete and Analog Semiconductors
- Sales Experience in consumer industry
- Proven track record in Account Management - Preferably with major in consumer accounts
- The ability to execute quickly and skillfully involving multiple stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial thinking, result oriented, customer focused
- Good Microsoft Office skills, including EXCEL, PowerPoint
- Team player who embraces responsibility and wants to be part of a winning team
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English
- Meets and beats deadlines
- Able to travel
