Position Summary

This position is responsible for performing inspections throughout the manufacturing processes for medical devices. Performing required inspection activities to support technology transfer, continuous improvement, and other duties as assigned by the QC supervisor.

This position is reporting to QC supervisor.

Job Responsibilities

This position is responsible for the following:

• Responsible for inspection throughout the manufacturing process including incoming inspection, in-process inspection, final inspection and release.

• Use various tools and methods (visual, dimensional inspection) to perform product inspections according to documented inspection plans and procedures.

• Identify conforming and non-conforming parts during inspections. Responsible for identifying and logging defects on products and escalating for resolution.

• Strictly follow medical device GMP and GDP requirements.
• 严格遵守医疗器械GMP和GDP要求。
• Follows safety rules and maintains personal safety and the safety of others, including maintaining a clean and safe work area.

Qualifications:

• Have more than 2 years of quality inspection experience, prefer to be in medical device.
• 不少于2年的质量检验工作经验，医疗器械行业为佳。
• Can read and interpret part drawing, and experienced in the use of conventional means of control (calibrated gauges, hand tools, microscopes).
• 能够阅读和理解零件图纸，并能使用常规量测工具，如千分尺，游标卡尺，量测显微镜等。
• Can read basic English words.
• 能够理解基本的英文单词。
