该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责： 1.产品组装与调试 熟悉产品的机械、电气、工艺的组装、调试流程，能够快速排查和处理异常情况。 2.客户现场安调与售后 按要求完成客户现场的安装、调试及售后服务工作，确保设备正常运行。 3.客户需求采集 采集客户的需求和预期，及时反馈给研发中心，为产品改进和新产品开发提供信息支持。 4.客户档案管理与回访 建立并管理客户档案，定期进行客户回访，维护良好的客户关系。 5.客户满意度提升 通过优质的售后服务提升客户满意度，促成二次销售机会。 任职要求： 1.激光切割工艺 熟悉激光切割工艺，尤其是平面切割和三维五轴切割。 2.PLC与伺服驱动控制系统 熟悉PLC、伺服驱动控制系统的调试与维护，能够独立处理相关技术问题。 3.机械结构与传动系统 了解各类机械结构及传动系统，能够进行安装与调试，并快速处理设备故障。 4.激光行业经验 有激光行业大功率平面切割、三维五轴切割、激光熔覆、淬火、微纳加工、复合焊接等（其中一项或以上）设备的售后服务经验。 5.出差要求 能够适应全球范围内的出差需求，具备较强的适应能力和独立工作能力。 6.其他要求 有较强的学习能力，能够快速掌握新技术和新设备。
