• Coordinate with import/export and customer service colleagues to arrange goods warehousing and distribution to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods.
• Track the transportation status of goods in transit, handle exceptions promptly, and follow up on goods return signature work.
• Manage third-party logistics warehouses, supervise the entry, transfer, and storage of goods to ensure data accuracy and product safety.
• Reconcile accounts with warehouses monthly, handle exceptions, and ensure consistency between warehouse accounts and company accounts.
• Track cargo damage situations, be responsible for claims and records, and coordinate daily operations between warehouses and transportation companies.
• Verify storage and transportation costs to ensure accuracy and apply for payments.
• Responsible for maintaining JDE system data, summarizing and organizing reports, and managing departmental documents.
• Complete other reasonable tasks assigned by leadership.

• College degree or higher.
• Proficient in using Excel and Word; strong data organization and analysis skills.
• Strong customer service awareness, with good communication and coordination abilities.
• Team spirit, proactive work attitude, and eagerness to learn.
• Patient and meticulous, able to withstand certain work pressure.
• Familiar with ERP systems, with JDE system experience preferred.
• Experience with import/export goods, familiarity with customs procedures preferred.
