Quality Engineer

1. Quality engineer is in charge of all PMI customer in clude Venture,Flex,Jabil, Tonly, Intretech, E-hub ，Co-packing and Polar, Oura, ITG, total 10 EMS quality assure work .其负责PMI 客户所有EMS（Venture,Flex,Jabil, 通力，盈趣，德国莱比锡, CP及柏能，欧拉，帝国烟草 10个主要客户的质量对接及内外部品质拉通。 2. Contact with customer , draw up , revise and align the criteria with customer ， reply all 8D / SCAR, RoHS, REACH investigation report to customer其负责与客户间对接标准的确立，修改，执行, 回复客户的8D/SCAR, RoHS , REACH 调查报告。 3. Develop and update QCP, lead the resolution of various quality abnormalities and drive improvements, promote the participation of depts such as Technical and Process & production in daily continuous improvements within the plant, take charge of addressing customer complaint issues (EMS factory) and internal manufacturing process quality abnormalities, as well as conduct standard interpretation and training for QC and frontline key operators. 编制和更新产品的控制计划，主导各类品质异常解决及推动改善，推动包括工艺技术，生产等部门参与工厂日常品质改善，主导EMS工厂客诉异常及内部制造过程品质异常解决, 对QC及一线主要人员进行及标准解析和培训等工作 4. In charge of internal and outternal quality , leading team to analysis and make corrective and prevent action for quality , push team have continuous improvement and satify with the customer requirement.对内外部质量问题进行分析，解决，改善及跟进，持续对质量进行提升，确保产品满足客户需求。
