Design and Development of Pressure Sensors: Analyze customer needs and applications, conceptualize pressure sensor designs, and use relevant engineering tools for detailed design, including mechanical structure, electronic SCH and chip selection. Also, design process-related parameters and calibration requirements. Responsible for completing system FMEA, product FMEA, electronic FMEA, and defining special characteristics. 2. Technical Standards Development: Participate in establishing technical standards for pressure sensors, develop experimental verification plans, and execute the verification process. 3. Reliability and Failure Analysis: Plan and implement reliability and failure analysis during product development and production. 4. Prototype Development and Calibration: Develop and calibrate prototype samples, lead design validation, identify potential issues, and propose improvement plans. 5.Technical Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for sensor design, including technical specifications, schematics, drawings, and BOMs. 6.Technology Integration: Stay updated on advancements in pressure sensor technology and integrate it into product design. Explore new materials, manufacturing techniques, or sensor architectures to enhance performance, reduce costs, or add new features. 7.Intellectual Property Contribution: Contribute to intellectual property through the invention, validation, and integration of innovative sensor solutions, including patent applications for new sensor designs or processes with competitive advantages. 8.Development Roadmap: Assist supervisors in formulating the development roadmap for pressure sensors. 9. Other Tasks: Complete other development tasks assigned by supervisors.
