该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述：- 负责按照分配的项目需求，制定临床试验中心启动计划，定期确认中心进度，确保中心进度符合要求，如有风险，及时采取有效措施或与项目经理沟通调整计划；
- 协助项目组第三方Vendor人员面试、管理，与项目组成员配合，从而高效合规的推进临床研究工作; 3. 定期检查项目质量，确保负责项目执行质量符合法规，如有违规，需要及时分析和采取措施，必要时与项目经理进行沟通并解决问题; 4. 协助按照分配的项目需求，对Vendor成员进行人员面试、管理，保持和相关供应商的日常评估沟通，督促供应商按计划执行临床项目，并检查执行计划是否有效，是否需要调整; 5. 协助项目团队执行中心选择，负责按照分配的项目需求，执行研究中心的合同及相关费用洽谈，研究中心研究者公共关系维护； 6. 负责按照分配的项目需求，负责相应中心报告的审核，临床试验资料的核实，确保临床试验数据真实、有效。 任职要求： 1.本科及以上学历，医学，药学、微生物学、生物学、免疫学、生物化学、生物制品学等相关专业： 2.3年及以上的临床监查工作经验，至少一年的肿瘤项目监查经验，ADC产品的临床试验经验优先 3.掌握临床试验的全部流程; 熟悉GCP相关法规及指南，如ICH GCP的指导原则;了解行业动态及最新科技前沿； 4.具有良好的组织，协调能力；良好的沟通能力; 5.英语良好，最好能够熟练编写中英双语文件。
