We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **Associate Director, Management Specialist.** **Business: IWPB Technology** **Principal responsibilities** + Provide technical leadership in delivering GPB&W+AM projects that aligns with all FSA directions and standards through cross organization consulting and direct involvement in development efforts. + Communicate with relevant stake holder regarding resolving issues related to delivery of projects. + Lead the full lifecycle management of the Infra Toolkit, covering requirement research, architecture design, and development delivery. Focus on automated deployment, configuration, and monitoring of infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, etc.) to reduce manual operation costs and error rates. + Deeply integrate the Infra Toolkit with CI/CD pipelines based on DevOps principles, enabling automated testing, canary release, and version rollback for infrastructure changes to ensure stability and reliability in toolkit iteration. + Take charge of technology selection and performance optimization for the Infra Toolkit. Introduce technologies such as containerization and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) to enhance the toolkit's scalability and cross-environment adaptability. + Design and implement the toolkit's automated operation and maintenance module, including resource utilization analysis and fault self-healing script development, to achieve early detection and early resolution of infrastructure issues. + Collaborate closely with O&M, development, and security teams to collect multi-party requirements, and build the Infra Toolkit into a one-stop infrastructure automation platform. For example, provide self-service environment setup capabilities for development teams and integrate automated compliance scanning processes for security teams. + Output user documents and training materials for the Infra Toolkit, organize internal technical sharing sessions, and promote large-scale company-wide adoption of the toolkit. Quantify the efficiency improvements brought by the toolkit (e.g., reducing server deployment time from 2 days to 2 hours). + Track cutting-edge industry technologies (e.g., AIOps, cloud-native automation) and lead pre-research on innovative features of the toolkit. For instance, explore integrating machine learning into infrastructure anomaly prediction to continuously enhance the toolkit's intelligence level. + Participate in the high-availability architecture design of the Infra Toolkit to ensure stable operation during business peak periods. Meanwhile, take responsibility for implementing the toolkit's disaster recovery and backup strategies to guarantee the continuity  **Knowledge & Experience/Qualifications** + University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a relevant discipline + Strong experience in Java 8 or above, Spring, Restful Services, Spring Boot and micro-service based architectures. + Good track record of delivering change on architecting, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade technical solutions, preferably in a financial institution. + Experience in using HTTP/RESTful APIs, and JavaScript frameworks (ReactJS, AngularJS, Vue.js) + Good understanding of both RDBMS & NoSQL databases technologies such as DB2, Postgres, MongoDB, Redis or equivalent. + Experience of containerization, ideally using Docker / Kubernetes. + Hands-on technical expertise, acquired through delivering Cloud technologies (AliCloud, AWS and / or Azure) into a large enterprise. + Strong experience in DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, Nexus, Maven or equivalent. + Good understanding with messaging services such IBM MQ, Kafka or equivalent. + Strong work ethic and team player experienced working with Scrum/Agile development methodologies. + Real passion for elegance and efficiency in software engineering and always strive for continuous improvements via automated processes. + Strong analytical, design and problem-solving skills. + Excellent written and spoken communication skills and fluent in English. **Nice to have：** + Demonstrable experience of designing Cloud solutions using a combination of cloud native, 3rd party and on-premises technologies. + Good understanding of the challenges and constraints of migrating from existing systems and platforms to Cloud based technologies. + Good understanding of micro services and service mesh concepts like Istio, Nginx. + Experience in deployment & configuration management tools like Terraform, Ansible. + Prior experience in Banking and Financial product knowledge is an advantage.
