The role:

Responsible for coordinating with partner universities to implement enrollment initiatives and meet recruitment goals. This includes planning and executing promotional activities to increase program visibility, providing timely consultation to students and parents, and facilitating smooth communication with university departments and stakeholders. Additionally, tasked with maintaining institutional partnerships, gathering market insights, analyzing enrollment data, and continuously refining recruitment strategies for optimal results. Also provides personalized support throughout the student application process to ensure smooth and tailored experience.

Role responsibilities:

• Liaise with partner universities to promote the implementation of enrollment projects and achieve recruitment targets.
• Plan and organize enrollment promotion activities (e.g., info sessions, consultation fairs) to enhance program visibility.
• Respond to inquiries from students and parents, providing program introductions, policy explanations, and application guidance.
• Maintain university partnerships and coordinate with on-campus resources (e.g., departments, admissions offices, student clubs) to facilitate enrollment progress.
• Collect market feedback, analyze enrollment data, and optimize recruitment strategies and processes.
• Assist in providing end-to-end support for students participating in the program, including study abroad services.

Key skills and experience:

Educational Background:

• A bachelors degree or higher. Proficiency in English (minimum CET-4) is required.
• A passion for the education sector and a strong interest in articulation program partnerships are essential. Relevant Experience:
• Experience in education-related sectors or similar business development roles would be an advantage.
• Willingness to conduct frequent university visits and adapt to peak-season workloads (e.g., enrollment periods) Core Competencies:
• Rich Consulting experience and strong skills.
• Skilled in high-stakes negotiations and resolving complex institutional challenges.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Passionate about personal and professional growth in the business development field.
