Visit our website (http://www.wabteccorp.com/) to learn more! **Who will you be working with?** Our China TSG team offering full customer support throughout Wabtec equipment's life cycle, is dedicated to providing customers with faster, more convenient, and China-tailored comprehensive after-sales services across four key areas: spare parts supply, off train services, on train services, and upgraded technical support. We have full organization for all functions including Sales and Project Management. Supply Chain, Engineering and field service. **How will you make a difference?** As a member of the China TSG__ group/division, you will be responsible for After-sales project quality issue support; Deal with customer complaints and field service issues; Overhaul business quality conformity check. **What do we want to know about you?** + Understand VOC (voice of customer) and Good at issue report ，act as primary on-site quality contact person with customer to continuously enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen Wabtec's reputation + Track and report on running project quality metrics, such as defect rates, customer satisfaction, and process compliance. + Generate OH projects warranty status, coordinate retrofit activity and complete tracking record. + Collect failure information and conduct trend analysis (specific product failure analysis of warranty returns) + Tooling gauge device calibration and management timely according to ISO and IRIS requirements + Leading quality inspection of incoming materials and delivery goods + Independently manage on field spare parts to make sure no shortage. + Good at communication and coordinate with project core teams to solve customer complaints timely + College diploma or above; Mechanical engineering or Electronic &electrical engineering will be a plus + 3-5 years relevant work experience; Work experience in foreign companies is appreciated; Preference given to those with customer quality experience in the rail transportation or auto industry. + Familiar with all office tools + Uphold high standards of integrity and self-discipline, strictly comply with company rules and regulations. + Possess strong team spirit, willing to collaborate with colleagues to achieve collective goals. **What will your typical day look like?** + Customer quality issue report and coordination + OH projects quality files and part inspection management + Material Quality Alert report in WIM + Tooling gauge device certification + Tracking record management for OH/retrofit You may also be asked to perform other duties outside of your function or trade, for which adequate training will be provided if necessary. **Our Commitment to Embrace Diversity:** Wabtec is a global company that invests not just in our products, but also our people by embracing diversity and inclusion.
