In this role, you will: - To maximize HSBC's network in CIB, iWPB, HK Business and UK Business to grow quality clients for PB; - To develop the collaboration strategies, and align interest with other line of business and other booking centers; - To manage and oversee collaboration activities between GPB China and other Global Businesses across markets including but not limited to Hong Kong, Singapore, United Kingdom, UAE and United States; - To establish attractive internal marketing programs and scheme to contribute prospecting and relationship building with internal partners and stakeholders; - To track and review collaboration effort, and provide insights to GPB management; - To ensure support from the partners from other Global Businesses and GPB market teams by proactively managing and strengthen the relationship with key stakeholders. To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements: · Relevant qualifications and over 8 years of relevant experience in financial institutions · Broad knowledge of universal banking model, with preference in investment banking, corporate banking and wealth management; · Strong data analysis and interpretation capability and well versed in various MS office applications (ppt, excel etc) · Fluent in English and Chinese; · Ability to think innovatively, shaping and communicating new concepts. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in order to engage internal and external business stakeholders · Experience in complex stakeholder management across organization - influencing, negotiating and partnering You'll achieve more at HSBC.
