该职位来源于猎聘 1、结合品牌风格，市场定位，产品卖点高效完成从概念策划到成品的渲染及制作跟进； 2、对包装设计的产出具有高水准的把控及执行力，包括并不限于产品包装，礼盒，GWP等物料设计策划及设计渲染工作； 3、充分理解品牌风格，进行包装设计标准化体系制定和不断完善，对品牌调性有较好的把控及承接； 4、包装类视觉的流行趋势调研及分析，具有行业前瞻性和敏感度。 任职要求： 1、大学本科及以上学历，工业设计/产品设计等相关专业，3年以上高端美妆行业相关工作经验，英文听说读写流利，可作为工作语言； 2、良好的审美和艺术感，扎实的美术基本功及设计能力，国际化视野，思维开阔，对新事物感兴趣，对产出及品质有高要求； 3、有消费者思维，重视用户体验，善于学习，拥有高度责任感及敬业精神，为人正直； 4、对高端美妆产品包材及结构有所了解，能够完成从策划到成品等完整开发流程； 5、软件技能：需精通三维及平面设计软件，并能够熟练应用到工作中 三维建模技能：熟练掌握Rhino及渲染类软件Keyshot或者C4D/Blender等； 平面技能：熟练掌握AI、PS等设计软件Job Info:
