该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责; 1.设施检査与维护:负责场馆早检(8:30-8:55)、晚检(21:40-22:00)，检查场馆设施、安全设备、清洁卫生、体育器材等,记录并报告问题,确保场馆安全正常运营。 2.日常巡场与工作:统一着装、佩戴工牌，协助开展市民/其他单位领导的参观接待,核对入场券，引导市民入场并遵守规则，每小时巡场，提醒市民离场及续费指引，处理遗留物、场地卫生及异常行为，按需开关场地灯光。任职要求: 1.形象好，品貌端正，男性身高不低于 1.65 米，女性身高不低于 1.60 米; 2.为人正直，守时，无不良嗜好，热情大方。有体育馆、健身房、运动中心或相关场地管理经验者优先。 3.具备良好的沟通和人际交往能力，能够与客人，其他部门等进行有效沟通。 4.具备较强的服务意识，待人接物大方得体，有礼貌。 5.具备应对突发事件的能力，能够在复杂问题和突发状况下保持冷静并及时处理。
