该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责 1、对全球极石线下网点的视觉标准及相关日常运营进行管理； 2、制定及迭代极石品牌全球空间体验与视觉规范（SI），实现全球线下终端视觉标准统一化； 3、负责全球各区域经销商新店建店的设计深化/校验，施工监理，工程验收等管理工作，并完成支持此项达成的供应商体系搭建工作； 4、负责全球渠道运营的标准化设计和管理（品牌及产品触点规划，终端用户体验动线设计等）； 5、搭建及迭代全球渠道管理的工作流程标准及规范，可结合区域特征实现本地化有效实施及落地； 6、协同国内外销售，市场，渠道等跨部门合作和资源整合，指导及协助经销商落实建店标准及运营规范。 任职要求 1、统招本科及以上学历，国际经济与贸易，市场营销，工商管理或汽车相关专业； 2、5年以上豪华汽车渠道管理经验，其中包含1-2年海外豪华车渠道管理经历； 3、有豪华车渠道管理的优秀案例（0-1海外市场经验为优）； 4、具备出色的逻辑分析及项目管理能力，擅长跨部门协调与经销商关系管理， 能适应全球出差； 5、熟练运用办公软件，具有较强的英语听、说、读、写能力。（小语种能力突出者优先包含阿拉伯语、俄罗斯语等）。
