该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、深入蛋白生产一线，理解生产流程与业务痛点，建立排产优化模型。 2、设计、开发并实现排产算法，提升生产效率、资源利用率和订单交付准时率。 3、将算法应用到实际生产系统中，并持续跟踪效果、迭代优化。 4、通过数据分析，为生产计划和决策提供数据支持。 任职要求： 1、统计学、应用数学、运筹学、工业工程等相关专业，学历不限，能力优先。 2、扎实的数学基础，熟悉线性/整数规划等优化理论。 3、熟练使用 Python 进行建模和数据分析（NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn等）。 4、熟悉 SQL，能独立进行数据提取与分析。 5、有使用 Gurobi, CPLEX 等优化求解器经验者优先。 6、有生产调度、排产排程、路径规划等相关项目经验者优先。 7、具备优秀的逻辑思维、沟通能力和解决实际问题的热情。
