该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责：- Provide leadership in scientific and technical consultation and laboratory testing for the method development group in large molecules bioanalysis department； 在科学性、技术性及实验室日常事务上，领导大分子生物分析方法开发小组；
- Lead a group of scientists to independently develop new bioanalytical methods for large molecules with pre-set timelines based on different platforms such as, but not limited to, MSD, ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Simoa, Elispot, qPCR to suport PK, ADA, Nab and biomarker studies; 带领一组科学家，基于MSD、ELISA、流式细胞术、Simoa、Elispot、qPCR等不同技术平台（但不限于），按照预设时间表独立开发生物大分子分析新方法，以支持药代动力学（PK）、抗药抗体（ADA）、中和抗体（Nab）及生物标志物研究；
- Participate in technical discussions with project leads to recommend alternatives, research new methods/techniques and discuss potential solutions to problems. Plan critical laboratory experiments to investigate aberrant results, determine root cause and recommend action plan; 参与项目技术讨论，提供替代方案建议，研究新方法/技术，并就问题解决对策展开研讨；规划关键实验以调查异常结果，确定根本原因并制定行动计划;
- Assist in generating technical reports, prepare method protocols, prepare presentations/technical discussions and transfer methods internally and externally; 协助生成技术报告，制定方法学方案，准备汇报/技术讨论，完成方法在内部及外部的转移；
- Assist and mentor junior level scientists on bioanalytical techniques and troubleshooting issues. 指导初级科学家掌握生物分析技术及疑难问题解决方法；
- Collaborate with business development, project management, quality assurance, and other functions; provide technical support during quotation review and bidding process. 与业务拓展、项目管理、质量保证等部门协作；在报价审核与投标流程中提供技术支持。 任职要求： 制药、生物或其它相关领域的博士至少1.5年的相关工作经验; 硕士学历及至少4年的相关工作经验; 或本科学历及至少7年在制药或相关领域的工作经验。
