WE ARE LOOKING FOR A STRATEGIC AND RESULTS-DRIVEN HEAD OF WHOLESALE & FRANCHISING TO LEAD AND DEVELOP GANNIS APAC DISTRIBUTION. IF YOU HAVE A PROVEN TRACK RECORD IN WHOLESALE PERFORMANCE AND FRANCHISE MANAGEMENT WITH A PASSION FOR GROWING GLOBAL BRANDS, THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU!
YOUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES AHEAD OF YOU As the Head of Wholesale & Franchising APAC, you will oversee and drive the performance of GANNIs wholesale operations and franchise partnerships across the region. You will play a critical role in shaping the distribution strategy, building relationships with partners, and ensuring the brands success in APAC markets.
Responsibilities ahead of you:
- Distribution Strategy: Develop and execute GANNIs APAC wholesale and franchising strategy to achieve sustainable growth aligned with the companys global goals.
- Agency & Partner Management: Manage relationships with wholesale agencies and franchise partners to ensure alignment with GANNIs brand values and business objectives.
- Seasonal Growth Targets: Achieve and exceed seasonal growth expectations by identifying opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Brand Presence: Secure consistent brand perception across APAC markets through close collaboration with marketing, PR, and merchandising teams.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze internal and external data to define growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
- Partner Initiatives: Plan and execute initiatives with key partners, such as pop-up shops, marketing campaigns, and wholesale staff training.
- Sales & Training: Deliver showroom excellence during sales and markets and provide comprehensive brand and collection training to wholesale partners.
- Market Development: Drive the development of new franchise opportunities in key markets, focusing on South Korea, Thailand, India, Taiwan, Japan, and Australia.
- Regional Presence: Maintain a strong on-the-ground presence in the APAC region, with regular travel to visit markets, oversee operations, and strengthen relationships.
MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS
- Proven track record of driving wholesale performance in APAC markets.
- Exceptional understanding of the franchise market, with relevant relationships and experience in executing franchise and distribution agreements.
- Charismatic communicator with strong marketing skills to collaborate effectively with merchandising, marketing, and PR teams.
- Strategic and solution-oriented mindset, with strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial spirit, bringing opportunities to the table and executing them successfully.
- Native speaker or fluent in the relevant market language(s), with excellent proficiency in English.
- Agile team player with a hands-on approach to managing projects and achieving results.

WHAT ELSE? You will travel within the APAC region for 1-2 weeks per month to oversee markets and strengthen relationships. The role will have a dual reporting line, reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and to the General Manager of APAC. There is one direct reporting but with potential for team expansion in the future.
